Winter 2019 Newsletter

Greetings AAC friends and family!

As 2019 draws to a close, we excitedly anticipate both the festivities of the holiday season and welcoming in a New Year!

We continue to pioneer conservation and expeditions in lesser known areas. We are once again hosting our annual Safari Soiree. But this time we will be hosting two: one in Fort Lauderdale on March 11th and another in West Palm Beach on March 12th. The line-up of 5 guest speakers in 2020 will include Luke Bailes from Singita talking on rhino translocation in Grumeti Reserves; Nick Murray from Bushlife Conservancy talking on the BBC documentary filming with Sir David Attenborough in Mana Pools; and Rod Cassidy from Sangha-Congo Conservation in the Central African Republic.

I encourage you to read our Staff Adventures which have been many! We share your passion for Africa, her people and her wildlife, and continue to strive to give you amazing trip experiences you will never forget. Please check out their blog entries on the website.

I will be personally escorting the exclusive “Eyes on Elephant” trip to Zimbabwe departing July 02nd, but hurry: there are only 2 spots left! Prospective travelers should also consider several of our amazing Signature Photographic programs. And those keen for a trip that is more “off the beaten path” should review my Expedition Collection.  Wrapping up a decade, we express our immense gratitude to our friends, guests, and travel partners for their invaluable support. AAC remains committed not only to the future of the safari travel industry, but to the community we call home as well!
